• How many times have you asked for one thing only to receive something completely different? We value your input and listen to your individual needs. After all, not all driveways and parking lots are the same. Working with the customer we will make recommendations, describe pros & cons of different services, and what you can expect the final product to look like. We then listen carefully to what YOU want. You are the customer. We will not try to sell you something you don’t need. Simply tell us what you want…. We will listen.

2) Attention to detail:

• There is nobody that pays greater attention to detail than us! We take pride in making sure that every aspect of the job is performed to perfection. That is why we are on the job typically 75% longer than other companies. You will never see us simply “Blow & Go” to get your job done as quickly as possible. From start to finish we make sure to carefully prepare, repair, seal, and clean up after ourselves. Your property, and your neighbors’ property, is important to us. Therefore we are dedicated to making sure the job is done right!

3) Customer Service:

• How many times have you had to wait days, weeks, or months to get your job done? There is nothing more frustrating than talking to answering machines or listening to automated recordings. We strive to answer every phone call and return calls as soon as possible. Getting you a quick and detailed estimate is a priority so you can have confidence that you are important to us. In addition to prompt service, we understand that customer service is equally important once the job is completed. This is the heart and soul of what we do. We know that in our line of work accidents happen. Weather related accidents, tracking footprints, spills in the road, and other unexpected mishaps do happen. Simply call us, and we will return promptly to make things right! We do our best to ensure you get the product and service you are paying for.

4) We only use premium grade products:

• How many times have other companies told you, “we don’t water down our sealer”? This may be true, but not all sealers are the same. Not only do we use environmentally friendly A/E sealer, it is commercial grade, which means it lasts longer. This is also true for our premium line of repair services. We only use Hot rubberized crack filler heated to over 350 degrees (not from a bottle), 2 part epoxy asphalt patch that hardens like concrete (no cold patch), and premium grade alligator crack filling. We want you to have the best materials so your driveway/lot lasts longer.
